Our first experiment with "wild" yeasts from the Brettanomyces family produced some interesting results. The aroma ranges from passion fruit to tortilla chips while the flavor resembles a fruity white wine with a lasting finish. It's hard to believe that no apples were harmed in the making of this batch! PS: Jack likes this one!Vital Statistics
